Roberto Neves (José Roberto Nunes das Neves) is a Brazilian football coach, born on April 28, 1966, recognized for his solid technical background, international experience, and top-level certifications. Holding a CBF and CONMEBOL PRO License, Roberto has built a professional career spanning Brazil and abroad, particularly in the United States, where he led projects at clubs such as Atlanta SC / Atlanta Silverbacks.
In Brazil, he has coached both women’s and men’s teams, including Instituto 3B in the top tier of women’s football in 2025, and recently took charge of Águia FC (PE) with the goal of securing promotion to Série A1.

FundadorJosé Edson Medeiros is a visionary entrepreneur from Pernambuco, born in Gravatá, who turned hard work, courage, and purpose into an exemplary success story. He began his journey as a teenager on the highways of Brazil’s Northeast as a truck driver—an experience that shaped his business mindset and led him, at the age of 21, to establish his first transportation company.
In 1996, he became a partner in Grupo BCI, helping to consolidate the distributor as one of the leading references in the fuel sector in the Northeast of Brazil. Years later, he took a decisive step by co-founding Shineray do Brasil, a company he helped build from the ground up and which today ranks among the country’s top three motorcycle manufacturers, with over 100,000 units sold and approximately 6% of the national market share.
Passionate about sports, José Edson founded VSAE – VS Academy Esportiva, a football SAF that brings together entrepreneurship, management, and innovation to develop high-performance athletes and professionals. The company operates with excellence in career management, sports marketing, and the intermediation of players and coaches, connecting talent, clubs, and investors through a network of transformative opportunities.
